$500.00 Artists’ Choice Award

$500.00 Peoples’ Choice Award

Best in Show Award will be decided by the judges:

Michelle Ward, Principle Gallery, Alexandria, Virginia

Barry Broadway, Broadway Gallery, Fairfax, Virginia

Kimberly Hartke, Creative Home Gallery, Reston, Virginia

They will also jury the submitted entries, choosing up to 20 artists to participate. All works produced on the day of the paint-out will be eligible for the wet-canvas auction, at a reserve of the artist’s choosing. Riverbend Park requests a donation of 30% of the selling price. Unsold works will be displayed and available for sale in the park’s exhibition space until June 30, 2006.

All outdoor landscape artists working in oil, acrylic, watercolor or pastel are cordially invited to send up to five digital print-outs ( no slides or email images, please) of up to five works to

Include check for $20.00 (total) payable to Riverbend Park for review fee. Materials will not be returned. Those selected to participate will be notified by phone—include daytime phone number. Materials must be received by April 15, 2006.
