To All Artists, Attached is a call for entry for the juried Estes Park Plein Air 2006 Painting Competition and Exhibition. This is the fifth annual show and it is shaping up to be the best ever! The call for entry closes on April 15, 2006. This is one of the largest Plein Air painting events in the country. The main show events are held in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado (adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park). This area offers incredible subject matter, from high alpine to majestic canyons to urban scenes. Previous shows have included Artists from all over North America and Europe. We look forward to members of your group being a part of this show and demonstrating their talents to the world. The painting event is 8/5-8/25/06, the opening day ceremonies, gallery receptions, and optional quick draw competition/live auction are on 8/26/06 and the gallery exhibition and sale is from 8/26-9/30/06.
