Eligibility
• Open to all LPAPA Artist and Signature Members in current standing.

• Work must be painted in plein air, landscape or cityscape.

• All mediums are accepted

• Entries must be original artwork. Work of the entrant, executed within the last two years w/o instructor supervision.

• Entries must not be copies, derivatives or based in any way on other copyrighted or published paintings or photographs.

Conditions
• Entries will be juried by slides

• Artists must show paintings that are juried. No substitutions or withdrawals prior to the show.

• Artists must replace sold artwork within 48 hours with another juried piece only.

• Maximum UNFRAMED size cannot be over 24”x30”. Minimum IMAGE size cannot be under 8”x10”.

• All work must be ready to hang.


Slide Entry Conditions
• Submit up to 3 slides

• The slides should be professional quality.

• 35mm color slides only. Standard 2”x2” in cardboard or plastic mounts.

Include the following in your envelope:
• Up to three slides

• Entry fee $35.00

• Completed and signed entry form

• Two self-addressed, stamped, business-size envelopes (#10) US Postage only (One for notification, one for return of slides)

Sales
• Work must be FOR SALE and priced with intent to sell.

• 60% to the artist

• 40% commission going to LPAPA.

Fees for Shipped Work
• $25 handling fee is charged by the agent who unpacks, stores and delivers your painting, then crates and returns it to you. This is in addition to your shipping costs (this does not apply if you deliver and pick up).

Important Dates

2/8 Slide entries must be postmarked by this date


2/15 Notification mailed


3/1 Deadline for shipped paintings to LPAPA “The Studio”


3/1 Delivery 10 AM to 5 PM


3/5 Reception 6 PM to 8 PM


3/31 Show ends


4/1 Pick up work 10 AM to 5 PM

• Although the utmost care will be taken in handling artwork, neither LPAPA or its representatives will be responsible for damage or loss from any cause.

• Slides for accepted work will be retained until the show ends.

NOTE: It is the obligation of the artists accepted in the show to be sure their work is available and for sale.
